Josh + Hannah

When Josh was in his sophomore year in high school he began noticing Hannah, who he thought was a very talented artist and attractive. Hannah however had a crush on him the moments she laid eyes on him when they first met when they were only 8 years old! So, they both liked each other, but at the time they weren’t allowed to date, or in Hannah’s words “I told my self I would not date him until I was 18 years old,” so they pursued their friendship by hanging out at church events and other social activities together. Every one around them just saw their relationship as just another teenage crush, something that wouldn’t last very long, but month after month the friendship grew. Both Josh and Hannah acknowledge that they are young, but we’re incredibly encouraged by the maturity they both display in their love and care for each other. Every step towards their wedding day was sought with wisdom, they would rely on the counsel of their parents, their pastor, and close friends. Their wedding day was precious. They got married at Feast of Fancy in the West Bottoms in Kansas City. It was a beautiful blend of a boho meets old urban setting. It was also our first wedding working together, just a month before we got married, so this wedding day will always have a special place in our hearts. We’re very excited for Josh and Hannah! We’re delighted to be their friends and watch their love grow day by day.
