So a couple weeks back we joined with the family of Life on Shady Lane and captured some sweet moments of their family before their big move!
Moving is bittersweet for Brandon and Megan. They originally bought their home in KCMO while they were living in Vegas. The purchase was done over the phone with a realotor skype walk through! Talk about brave!!! Admittedly, Brandon and Megan were in over their heads… at least thats how they tell the story. Complete with shaggy carpet and wood paneling the house was a disaster! Thankfully, Brandon and Megan are an amazing team and have completely transformed their home into an oasis.
The house on Shady Lane was one of many firsts in their lives including the the first home for their two sweet children, Henry and Ruby. We so loved this opportunity to capture something so sweet for this family! This is one of the many reasons we love video. In years to come, when Ruby who is now one, is five she will be able to see what her family life was like in her first home. Video has this magical ability to capture a memory and preserve it for years to come! Ces and I love capturing life’s most precious moments! If you are ever on the fence on doing a Family Film, just do it! I promise you won’t regret it! In fifty years you can show your grandkids what life was like for you when you were their age!
